Job summary

MAXIFY PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Engineering Lead to own the technical foundations, roadmap, and team required to turn strong demand into a scalable, dependable product. You will move between architecture, implementation, debugging, product judgment, and people leadership.

You will ship production software hands-on, set technical standards, and collaborate with the founder on product and engineering strategy while guiding engineers and aligning with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and operating complex production software.
• Hands-on depth across coding, debugging, architecture and delivery.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Robust CI/CD experience.
• Engineering leadership across architecture, delivery, feedback, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and engineering roadmap.
• Build reliable agent systems across orchestration, memory, tools, permissions, evaluations, observability.
• Lead design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation of AI-powered products.
• Ship production software hands-on and lead architecture decisions and code reviews.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers.
