Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Document Controller to manage engineering and project documentation, ensuring records are accurately maintained in the document management system and readily accessible.

You will coordinate with project and engineering teams to track submissions, revisions and approvals, maintain ERP/PLM records, and prepare reports using Excel. At least 3 years' experience and a Diploma in Engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in document control, engineering administration or manufacturing.
• Able to interpret basic mechanical/electrical drawings, flow charts and BOMs.
• Familiar with Excel macros/VBA and ERP/PLM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain engineering and project documentation in the document management system.
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to track submissions, revisions and approvals.
• Support control of engineering changes, product specifications, BOM updates and lifecycle management.
• Maintain documentation within ERP and PLM systems and prepare relevant reports using Excel.
• Ensure proper document distribution, confidentiality and compliance with procedures; guide users on requirements.
