Job summary

Lintec & Linnhoff in Singapore seeks a Data & BI Specialist to support Commercial, Sales, Engineering and Management by developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, ERP data handling and automation. You will ensure data accuracy across regional entities, provide technical support for digital tools, and drive process improvements through data-driven insights and reporting solutions.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or related.
Hands-on Power BI experience is essential.
Experience with Power Query and ETL/data transformation is strongly preferred.
Experience in business application development (e.g., Power Apps) is required.
Good knowledge of databases, data modelling and data management.
Ability to translate business requirements into dashboards and data solutions.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for cross-system data discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and management reports.
Maintain dashboards, troubleshoot data refresh, data model and source-data issues.
Manage data models, relationships, business rules and report logic.
Ensure financial and operational figures in dashboards align with source data across regional entities.
Develop new dashboards and reports to meet evolving business requirements.
Maintain and enhance business applications; troubleshoot issues and support users.
Coordinate data connections, workflows and ERP integration with data sources.
Understand business logic and extend applications as requirements change.
Maintain databases for sales, quotations, reporting; perform ETL to consolidate data.
Support data extraction from ERP systems and data flow between ERP, Power BI and applications.
Understand commercial processes and translate requirements into system/reporting solutions.
Provide user support and training for systems and reporting tools.
Drive process improvement and automation of routines; document reporting rules.
