Job summary

Ichor Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a technician to perform assembly and testing of gas panels in a cleanroom environment.

You will read schematics and mechanical drawings to assemble components accurately, collaborating with the team to meet production and quality targets. Fresh graduates with engineering training or hands-on experience are welcome, as are candidates with or without prior experience.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing/production/operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly builds and testing per specifications and drawings.
• Support gas panel building from pallet assembly to leak checks and testing.
• Read and interpret schematic and mechanical drawings for accurate assembly.
• Work in a cleanroom and maintain housekeeping and discipline.
• Collaborate with team to meet production, quality and delivery targets.
• Adhere to EH&S requirements and take responsibility for safety.
• Conduct risk assessments and support corrective actions.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement to reduce waste and improve quality and productivity.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly builds and testing according to specifications, engineering drawings and work instructions.

• Support gas panel building from initial pallet assembly and integration through leak checks and functional testing.

• Read and interpret schematic and mechanical drawings to carry out assembly work accurately.

• Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment while maintaining good housekeeping and manufacturing discipline.

• Work closely with team members to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.

• Follow EH&S requirements and take personal responsibility for workplace safety.

• Conduct risk assessments for work activities and support corrective and preventive actions.

• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce waste and errors while improving quality, cost and productivity.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• At least 1 years of manufacturing, production or operations experience.

• Fresh graduateswith relevant engineering training, internship or hands-on experience are welcome to apply!

• Able to commit to a 12-hour rotating day/night shift, including weekends, and support overtime when operationally required.
