Job summary

AMS-OSRAM ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform daily PM tasks and safety checks at an assigned station. You will handle epoxy and Jetter changes, compile daily maintenance reports, and document downtimes with troubleshooting notes.

You will contribute improvements to equipment performance and ensure all work follows company policies and safety guidelines. Strong teamwork and communication are essential, and a 12-hour night shift is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent or ITE/NITEC with related experience.
• Preferably 1+ year in machine maintenance and servicing in a cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of electronics components, pneumatics, measurement, mechanical concepts.
• Dynamic, hardworking and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Able to work well with internal teams, customers and suppliers.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Able to work 12 hours Night shift.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform daily task of assigned station such as PM and workplace safety
• Perform routine job assigned station such as epoxy & Jetter Change and workplace safety
• Report and compilation of daily maintenance and other activities of assigned station, as well as write troubleshooting reporting pertaining to a machine down time
• Adherence to the company's organizational goals, objectives, and safety guidelines
• Provide improvements ideas and work within the group to further improve the equipment performance
• Execute the work accordingly to company policy and work instructions

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent or ITE/NITEC with related working experience
• Preferably with more than 1 year working experience in machine maintenance and servicing within a cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of electronics components, pneumatics, measurement, mechanical concept.
• Dynamic, hardworking and detailed with a strong sense of responsibility and team work
• Ability to work well with all internal functional areas, customers and suppliers
• Good communication skills and good team player
