Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks a quality engineering professional to develop and implement quality plans, audit systems, and support manufacturing in problem resolution. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a diploma in electrical/electronics and strong problem-solving skills.

You will work on continuous improvement, CAPA follow-ups, supplier quality, and documentation, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and department objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics) required or taught in related fields.
• Fresh Grad or with experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and relentlessly drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge with quality engineering tools is an added advantage.
• Knowledge with SMT process is an added advantage.
• Knowledge with PCBA assembly process is an added advantage.
• Knowledge with bulk capacitor fabrication process is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and improve product quality plan.
• Provide quality engineering documentation.
• Perform quality system, product and/or process audits (ESD/audit).
• Support manufacturing in problem diagnosis to aid prevention and resolution.
• Support warranty and plant return process and CAPA follow-up.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement plans.
• Develop and/or implement effective CA plans for customers on prevention/resolution.
• Communicate new quality systems for team buyoff and implementation.
• Meet department quality objectives.
• Direct interface with supplier on resolving material quality issues.
• Perform special projects and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
