Job summary

WELEAD SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a quality engineering professional to assist with sample analysis, coordinate cross-functional technical analyses, and support new product launches. You will work with teams to resolve quality issues, monitor SPC trends, and prepare reports such as First Time Quality and scrap reports, driving CAPA for 8D processes.

A Diploma in Engineering and at least 3 years in manufacturing problem solving are required; SMT/PCBA knowledge is

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality and problem solving.
• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• Prior knowledge in SMT/PCBA assembly is an added advantage.
• Good team player with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sample analysis of returned products to identify causes of field failure and dissatisfaction.
• Coordinate technical analysis by cross-functional teams and communicate findings to customers.
• Support Quality Engineers in new product launches and sustaining manufacturing lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues and SPC trends.
• Analyze and monitor key performance indicators, suggest improvements, and escalate to upper management when needed.
• Prepare First Time Quality reports and scrap reports.
• Drive CAPA for 8D reports for internal and external issues.
• Assist in Quality improvement projects.
• Assist in Production Part Approval Process submissions.
• Assist in Quality planning and development.
• Assist in internal and external audits.

• Co-ordinate technical analysis by cross-functional team and communicate to customers
• Support Quality Engineers in new product launch and sustaining manufacturing lines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering
