Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS (SERVICES) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Diploma‑holding Quality Engineer to support sample analysis from customers and coordinate cross‑functional technical analyses in an automotive environment located in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

You will assist with SPC trend analysis, KPI monitoring, CAPA for 8D reports, and support new product launches and line sustaining. Prior exposure to SMT, PCBA assembly, and capacitor fabrication will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience using quality engineering tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with SMT processes and PCBA assembly.
• Understanding of bulk capacitor fabrication processes is beneficial.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sample analysis of returned products from customers.
• Coordinate technical analysis by cross functional teams.
• Support Quality Engineer in product launch and line sustaining.
• Monitor SPC trends and KPIs, propose improvements and escalate when needed.
• Prepare FTQ and scrap reports.
• Drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports internally and with customers.
• Support PPAP submission and Q Plan development.
• Assist quality improvement projects and audits (ISO/IATF 16949, customer audits).
