Job description

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Use knowledge of modeling, operations research, data analytics, machine learning and web application development to improve complex manufacturing operation efficiency and capabilities.
• Communicate effectively on approach and methodology in developing analytics, reporting solutions and scheduling optimization.
• Demonstrate sound project management skills in requirement gathering, resource estimation, time management, stakeholder engagement and delivery of deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Participate in multi‑area focus teams to improve complex constraints in manufacturing operations.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present projects, approaches and data in meetings with varying levels of stakeholders.

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science and Analytics, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Statistics or related field.
• Proficiency in basic programming skills preferably in C#, Python or SQL and experience with cloud‑based infrastructure such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge and experience in data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in manufacturing operation, scheduling optimization, capacity/cycle‑time modelling is a plus.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron.
