Responsibilities and Tasks

• Use knowledge of modeling, operations research, data analytics, machine learning and web application to improve complex manufacturing operation efficiency and capabilities.
• Communicate effectively on approach and methodology in developing analytics, reporting solution and scheduling optimization.
• Demonstrate sound project management skills in requirement gathering, resource estimation, time management, stakeholders’ engagement and deliverable deliveries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Participate in multi‑area focus teams to improve complex constraints in manufacturing operations.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present project/approach/data in meetings with varying levels of stakeholders.

• Proficiency in basic programming skills preferably C#/Python/SQL and experience in cloud‑based infrastructure such as GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Knowledge and experience in data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Operation, Scheduling Optimization, Capacity/Cycle Time Modeling is a plus.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
