• Communicate effectively on approach and methodology in developing analytics, reporting solutions, and scheduling optimization.
• Demonstrate sound project management skills in requirement gathering, resource estimation, time management, stakeholders’ engagement, and deliverable deliveries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders both internally and externally.

• Knowledge and experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in manufacturing operation, scheduling optimization, capacity/cycle time modeling is a plus.
• Interest and knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
