• Use knowledge of modeling, operations research, data analytics, machine learning, and web application development to improve complex manufacturing operation efficiency and capabilities.
• Communicate effectively on approach and methodology in developing analytics, reporting solutions, and scheduling optimization.
• Demonstrate sound project management skills in requirement gathering, resource estimation, time management, stakeholders’ engagement, and deliverable deliveries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Participate in multi-area focus teams to improve complex constraints in manufacturing operation.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present project/approach/data in meetings with varying levels of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in basic programming skills, preferably in C#, Python, or SQL, and experience with cloud-based infrastructure such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge and experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in manufacturing operation, scheduling optimization, capacity/cycle time modeling is a plus.
• Interest and knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
