Responsibilities
- Lead network tool utilization strategies and benchmark performance to optimize the company’s deployed capital.
- Lead and communicate improvement and implementation plans to all relevant levels and functions in Manufacturing.
- Optimize capacity of installed equipment and lead site and tool‑level optimization studies for efficiency improvement.
- Collaborate with partners to understand future tool and process roadmaps and assess network capacity impacts of process changes.
- Improve financial analyses before capital equipment purchases through automated metrics optimization, process flexibility, capacity sharing, and equipment repurpose.
- Maintain attention to detail and work effectively in fluid, ambiguous situations.
- Spot, question, and highlight differences to drive resolutions with relevant collaborators.
- Integrate AI‑assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness while exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI‑enabled enhancements within scope of work.
Requirements
- Masters’ or Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a Business‑related or quantitative field (Finance, Economics or similar), or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in Fab/Semicon environments, turning complex and ambiguous problem statements into structured solutions while working in highly multi‑functional teams.
- Ability to operate independently while maintaining high organization, control, and adaptability to evolving processes.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results to diverse technical and non‑technical groups.
- Experience working in teams, establishing and maintaining multi‑functional relationships.
- Experience in capacity analysis, business analysis, or process analysis is highly beneficial.
- Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
- Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours.
