Job summary

Technopals Pte.Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT support professional to participate in 24x7 standby rosters and ensure timely resolution of faults. You will manage incidents from opening to closure, update tickets, and escalate when necessary.

The role requires at least 5 years of IT support experience, familiarity with SLA commitments, and the ability to work across on-call, office hours, and occasional after-hours shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of work experience.
• Experience in IT support with 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Ability to escalate to higher levels when needed.
• Maintain incident tickets from opening to closure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in maintenance standby duty to cover 24x7 support on rotation.
• Ensure SLA levels are achieved for every fault case.
• Carry out escalations when fault is beyond L1/L2 knowledge.
• Attend daily call assignments when not on standby during office hours.
• Occasionally perform weekend or after-hours duty as required.
• Attend preventive maintenance including hardware inventory.
• Follow up on cases from opening to closure.
• Update incident tickets promptly and accurately.
• Take on new assignments from Ops manager or TSM as needed.
