A leading facilities management provider is seeking an Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) to lead a team for facilities management activities in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC systems. Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer service-oriented mindset are essential. The role offers the opportunity to manage projects from pre-development to completion, ensuring technical investigations and reporting are carried out effectively.

Job Description:

Job responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities.
• Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works.
• Carry out site investigation survey and submitting of technical reports.
• Project Management from pre-development through to completion, including the following Site Assessment and Inspection Design development and co-ordination.
• Attend site meetings, technical meetings etc to resolve technical issues.
• Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
• Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
• Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in ACMV/ HVAC systems/ mechanical / electrical / building / projects.
• Good communication skills, positive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD and Singapore safety and quality standards.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
• Building maintenance experience will be an advantage.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Singapore.
