They are looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening of Technical Officer (Building), to be based in Singapore.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for site issues.
• Monitor minor works/ A&A projects in progress by ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
• Coordinate with minor works/ A&A project teams and maintenance operations teams.
• Coordinate with all project officers, sub-contractors or own workers on day-to-day progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Manage staff deployment for minor works/ A&A projects and process necessary administrative works.
• Conduct routine inspection of premises, facilities and equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance where necessary.
• Draft quotation and costing for minor works/ A&A projects.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc work assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Air-Conditioning/ Building Services or equivalent.
• 3 years relevant experience in relating field.
• Experience in using MS Office for documentation and reports.
• Hardworking and able to multi-task.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in managing staff and customer service-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated.
• Building maintenance experience will be an advantage.
