Job summary

Venture in Singapore is seeking an Engineer, IT Support to support Teamcenter (a PLM solution) and collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth usage. The role involves onboarding/offboarding users, troubleshooting PLM issues, and implementing workflow improvements across tooling/design operations at Univac.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in a helpdesk role, be able to work independently, and understand PLM workflows.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years' experience in helpdesk role.
• Able to work independently.
• Have a basic understanding on how the various functions in PLM works and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Be supporting Teamcenter, a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution used in Univac.
• Candidate will be involved in administrating, troubleshooting and liaising with vendor to ensure a smooth usage of the PLM solution.
• Candidate will also work closely with other IT teams to improve PLM as required.
• Candidate will also assist in other IT projects such as barcode printer troubleshooting in Production etc.
• Perform feasibility study and implement proof-of-concept improvement projects with the team.
• Follow-up on deployed solution and conduct training to end users whenever possible

We're looking to add a RBA Compliance Manager in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at AngMo Kio.

As an Engineer, IT Support , you will:

• Be supporting Teamcenter, aProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution used in Univac. Candidate will beinvolved in administrating, troubleshooting and liaising with vendor to ensurea smooth usage of the PLM solution. Candidate will also work closely with otherIT teams to improve PLM as required. Candidate will also assist in other ITprojects such as barcode printer troubleshooting in Production etc.
• Perform administrating tasks in Team Center: user authorization, workflow, performance, caching.
• Perform onboarding new users, offboarding exiting users as per process.
• Work with various business Units (BU) to evaluate and implement improvement workflow to fulfil changing nature of Tooling/Design operation in Univac.
• Liaise with vendor to troubleshoot and resolve PLM errors timely
• Perform feasibility studyand implement proof-of-concept improvement projects with the team.
• Follow-up on deployedsolution and conduct training to end users whenever possible
