Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Infrastructure professional to manage patching schedules, backups, and access reviews. You will handle server provisioning, cyber security basics, and CIS standard configurations to ensure uptime and compliance.

The role covers L2 incident response, asset management, and collaboration with PMO for capacity planning and project support. 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the relevant areas
• Hands-on experience with server/infrastructure management
• Experience with CIS standards and basic security settings is preferred

• Patching schedule and records management
• Patching follow-up - VA Scan
• Check and ensure backup is working
• Bi-Weekly user access review
• Hardware validity & management
• Capacity planning with PMO
• System firmware management for infra services
• L2 incident response to alerts on service/server downtime
• Infra application management and license renewals
• AD/DNS management and GPO administration
• Asset management for PMO review
• Server provisioning and management of virtual servers
• Assist in BU infrastructure projects as L2 support
• Collaborate with Certis’ manager to provide tech support

• Patching Schedule
• Patching Records
• Patching Follow Up - VA Scan
• Check and ensure backup is working
• Bi-Weekly user access review
• Hardware validity & management
• Planning ahead for capacity availability - to work with PMO team
• Basic Security Settings - CIS Standards
• Basic Health check
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
• User Management (CyberArk for On-Prem)
• AD + DNS Management (AD User Accounts + GPO + CNAME records)
• Asset Management - prepare list to review with PMO
• Server Management - provisioning and management of virtual servers
• L2 Incident Management - Respond to alerts on service/servers down/unavailable
• Infra Application Management - VCenter, CyberArk, Veeam, WSUS, Symantec, Trendmicro, Manage Engine, MSSP issues and their licenses renewal
• System Firmware Management for Infra Services - VCenter, ESXi Hosts
• Varius Router SMS Gateway Management - Contact List, Services
• Assist in the setting up CIS configuration whenever is required
• Participate in BU Infrastructure projects if required as L2 support
• Working as a team member reporting to Certis’ Manager in charge to provide necessary Tech support where applicable.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in the relevant areas

Working hours

Monday-Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
