Job summary

rapsys technologies pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to provide 24/7 L1 user, operational, cyber alert, and incident support, and to manage monitoring dashboards and change management in a Singapore-based environment.

You will coordinate patching across apps, servers, and network infra, oversee backup and disaster recovery, and ensure SLA/OLA compliance while driving infrastructure reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in CS/CE/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in IT operations or IT service delivery, including infra and network ops.
• Experience in IT service delivery and SLA/OLA management.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure, virtualization, Windows/Linux, networking, cybersecurity, DevOps/DevSecOps, databases, middleware, or systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 L1 user, operational, cyber alert, and incident support.
• Support system verification testing after patching and maintenance activities.
• Co-manage monitoring dashboards, alerting systems, change management.

• Manage redundancy, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
• Manage IT asset expiry, renewal, replacement, and secure disposal.

• Support technical solution analysis, design, integration, implementation, testing, commissioning, and operations.
• Support provisioning, installation, configuration, hardening, monitoring, and administration of technical systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain technical documentation covering security/privacy risks, compliance, inventory, configuration, support, and change management.
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure reliability, support, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT Operations or IT Service Delivery, including infrastructure and network operations.
• Experience in IT service delivery and SLA/OLA management.
• Knowledge/experience in AWS/Azure, virtualisation, Windows/Linux, networking, cybersecurity, DevOps/DevSecOps, databases, middleware, or systems integration.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• ITIL certification is highly desirable.
• Project management knowledge and familiarity with AI are advantageous.
