Job summary

ATT Mobility PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a maintenance professional to manage TR417A contracts and lead preventive maintenance activities. You will interface with multiple teams, coordinate with vendors and customers, and ensure compliance with safety and ISO standards.

The role includes inventory management, incident follow-up, and maintaining detailed maintenance records to support audits and service delivery. On-call availability and a proactive approach are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the TR417A maintenance contract.
• Assist PM team lead on safety, BWC, vehicles and machineries; interface with interfacing parties.
• Lead planning, scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Review PM reports; identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to reduce downtime.
• Assist in deployment, system setup, installation, testing and commissioning per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers on maintenance and project activities.
• Manage BWC matters as focal point with client.
• Assist in spare parts inventory, stock monitoring, replenishment and turnaround to minimize downtime.
• Interface with interfacing parties on PM subsystems.
• Manage TR417A safety matters with the Safety Officer.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown history, spare parts usage and service reports for audits.
• Monitor and close maintenance incidents within agreed service levels.
• Available for on-call support and emergency maintenance as required.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards and HSE/ISO requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping and perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and administrative TR417A maintenance contract.
• Toassist Maintenance Manager to lead Preventive Maintenance ("PM") team, safety issues, body wore cameras ("BWC"), vehicles and machineries and interface with interfacing parties, and assisting Maintenance Manager to manage spares parts inventories and etc.

Preventive Maintenance("CM")

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive maintenance (PM)activities to ensure system reliability, compliance with maintenance schedules, and optimal equipment performance.
• Review preventive maintenance reports, identify recurring issues and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Assist in project-related activities including deployment, front-end system setup, installation, testing, and commissioning in accordance with customer technicalrequirements.
• Liaise and coordinate with technical teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers on maintenance and project implementation activities.
• Handle customer enquiries, service requests, and complaints professionally while ensuring prompt resolution.

Miscellaneous

• Manage BWC matters and as a focal point with client.
• Assist Maintenance Manager in managing spare parts inventory and repair turnaround cycle for maintenance activities, including stock monitoring, replenishment, usage tracking, and ensuring the availability of critical spares to minimizesystem downtime.
• Interfacing with Interfacing Parties on the PM subsystems.
• Manage the TR417A Safety matter with the Safety Officer.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, breakdown history, spare parts consumption, and service reports for trend analysis, audits, and ISO compliance.
• Proactively monitor, follow up, and close maintenance incidents, issues, and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Be available for on-call support and emergency maintenance response as required.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, including ISO requirements.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and perform any other operational or maintenance duties assigned by the supervisor.
