Responsibilities

• Assist Backend Lead to manage Backend Maintenance works (PM, CM) and calibration.
• Assist Frontend Lead to manage CM works.
• Support Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance for Backend subsystems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot back-end systems of Traffic Management Systems; provide day-to-day onsite and remote support for workstations and network equipment (routers, firewalls, switches, servers, storage).
• Follow PM schedules to standards and maintain records; conduct fault finding/diagnosis on mechanical and electrical issues with fast response times.
• Maintain records of breakdowns and repairs for analysis and ISO compliance.
• Provide root cause analysis support with the team; 24/7 on-call standby for maintenance and operational support.
• Perform Frontend maintenance for Frontend subsystems (including Speed Cameras); troubleshoot frontend Traffic Management Systems; fault finding/diagnosis.
• Prepare monthly reports and brief submissions to client; participate in technical discussions for tenders; coordinate maintenance dates and document fault analysis.
• Consolidate monthly claims; conduct site surveys; prepare quotations for client submissions; ensure safety toolbox briefings are conducted and documented; maintain daily communications within the team.
• Attend to operational and maintenance issues as assigned; proactively resolve issues and respond to client inquiries.

Duties and Responsibilities

• · To assist Frontend Lead to manage CMworks.

Backend Maintenance Works

• · To support Corrective Maintenance andPreventive Maintenance Works for Backend subsystems.
• · Provide technical services to maintainand troubleshoot back-end systems of Traffic Management Systems.
• · Provide day-to-day onsite and remotesupport on workstations and network equipment such as routers, firewall,switches, servers and storage.
• · Follow Preventive Maintenance workschedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevantwritten records.
• · Attend and carry out Fault Finding andDiagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis,with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
• · Maintain records of all breakdowns andrepairs allowing for analysis and compliance with ISO standards.
• · Provide support in root cause analysisidentified by team members together with the Superior.
• · Provide 24/7 on-call and stand-by dutyfor maintenance and other operational support.
• · To perform speed cameras calibrationworks.
• · Train and guide team members on themaintenance process, procedures, and systems.
• · Sourcing for reasonable and reliableprocurement of equipment.
• · Committed to attend to any operationaland maintenance issues.
• · Handle customer's inquiry, request andcomplaints in a professional manner and efficient way.
• · Proactive in problem solving andfollowing up and close all incidents, issues and requests timely.

Frontend Maintenance Works

• · To support Corrective Maintenance forFrontend subsystems (including Speed Cameras).
• · Provide technical services likemaintaining and troubleshooting of frontend Traffic Management Systems.
• · Attend and carry out Fault Finding andDiagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis,with a focus on providing high level of service and response time.
• · Follow preventive maintenance workschedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevantwritten records.
• · Preparation of monthly reports & presentation for brief submission to Client.
• · Participate in technical discussionand provide technical assistance to the Sales & Maintenance Team inpreparation for Technical Proposal, Write-up, Design, and System ArchitectureDrawing for Tenders.
• · Scheduling of meeting and maintenancedates.
• · Preparation of documentation e.g.write-up/minutes/fault reports/fault analysis.
• · Following up with clearance-relatedissues.
• · Assist Team Lead in consolidation ofmonthly claims submission.
• · Assist to conduct Site surveys.
• · Preparation of Quotations forsubmission to client.
• · Ensure Safety Toolbox briefings areconducted and well-documented.
• · Ensure daily communication andoperations coordination within the team.
• · Committed to attend to any operationaland maintenance issues.

Miscellaneous

• · To always follow all company businessoperation and SOP.
• · Participate actively in Health, Safetyand Environmental programs and activities to achieve company's KPIs, ISO 14001objective and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts orunsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly.
• · Always maintain high standard ofhousekeeping.
• · Any other operational and maintenanceduties as assigned by Supervisor.
