Job summary

STEEL ALLY RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on project site coordinator to plan, schedule, and monitor work across multiple project sites.

You will coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to keep operations running smoothly and support the Project Manager with daily planning and execution on site. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering with 1–2 years of relevant construction experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant construction experience is required or advantageous.
• Good communication skills and effective follow-up with relevant parties.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Professional interaction with people at all levels, even under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor work schedules across all project sites.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Identify and resolve technical difficulties and site issues independently.
• Assist the Project Manager with daily coordination, planning, and execution of project activities on site.
• Liaise with relevant parties to maintain smooth communication and progress.
• Prepare and update site programme charts for management review.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the company from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Experience in Civil Engineering-related fields will be an added advantage.
• Possess good communication skills and be able to follow up effectively with relevant parties.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to interact professionally and effectively with people at all levels, demonstrating maturity, responsiveness, and the ability to work under pressure.
