Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking an Assistant to the Project Manager in Singapore to support construction activities, monitor progress, and assist in planning and implementation of work schedules.

The role requires 3–5 years of construction experience and a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing construction activities, progress, planning, implementation and monitoring of work schedules.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure efficient communication.
• Ensure works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
