Job summary

LIDE BUILDERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Coordinator with 1-2 years of building construction experience to support on-site planning and execution. You will assist the Project Manager, coordinate daily activities, and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

The role requires good communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment. A Diploma/Degree in Building Construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building Construction or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant site experience.
• Civil Engineering background is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor site work schedules.
• Source suppliers and subcontractors for smooth operations.

• Prepare site program charts for management review.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to plan, implement and monitor work schedule for all necessary sites.
• Ability to source for suppliers / sub-cons for smooth operation on site Independent & able to resolve any technical difficulties & problem may arise on site
• Assist the Project Manager in the daily coordination, planning and execution of the project plan at site.
• Liaison with the relevant parties involved in the project work.
• Prepare site program chart for management review regularly
• Other related duties assign by company from time to time

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years relevant experience in Building construction
• Experienced in Civil Engineering related field is added advantage
• Possess good communication skill for effective follow-up and attention to details
• Ability to interact with all levels in a professional & responsive manner display maturity and able to handle stress
• Willingness to learn and progress
