Job summary

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintenance of water analyzer, flowmeter, and particle counter.
• Troubleshooting of water analyzer, flowmeter, and particle counter.
• Commissioning of water analyzer, flowmeter, and particle counter.
• On-site station for maintenance and standby for after-hours technical support.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure service work scopes are executed without business interruption.
• Generate reports on all service-related activities.
• Adhere to safety regulations to protect personnel, equipment, and property.

• Coordinate with customers to ensure committed service work scopes are executed without business interruption.
• Report generating on all service-related activities.
• Adhere to legal regulations and abide to the safety protocol of all customers and company. To ensure the safety of personnel, equipment, and property at all times.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to achieve positive customer satisfaction.
• Under take ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by Department Manager.
• Training will be provided.

Job Requirement

• Min. Nitec in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering discipline.
• Min. 1 year of experience in instrumentation and controls. Candidates may be considered Senior role subject to more years of experience and salary commensurate with the relevant experiences.
• Willingness to learn. Good working attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
