Job summary

ATT Mobility in Singapore seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to support Backend and Frontend maintenance for Traffic Management subsystems. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, on-site and remote support, and ensuring ISO standards are met.

You will train and guide team members, prepare monthly reports, and assist in tender preparation and documentation. Safety, housekeeping, and timely issue resolution are key priorities in this hands-on position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To assist Backend Lead to manage Backend Maintenance works (including preventive maintenance (“PM”), corrective maintenance works (“CM”) and calibration.
• To assist Frontend Lead to manage CM works.

Backend Maintenance Works

• To support Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance Works for Backend subsystems.
• Provide technical services to maintain and troubleshoot back-end systems of Traffic Management Systems.
• Provide day-to-day onsite and remote support on workstations and network equipment such as routers, firewall, switches, servers and storage.
• Follow Preventive Maintenance workschedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records.
• Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
• Maintain records of all breakdowns and repairs allowing for analysis and compliance with ISO standards.
• Provide support in root cause analysis identified by team members together with the Superior.
• Provide 24/7 on-call and stand-by duty for maintenance and other operational support.
• To perform speed cameras calibration works.
• Train and guide team members on the maintenance process, procedures, and systems.
• Sourcing for reasonable and reliable procurement of equipment.
• Committed to attend to any operational and maintenance issues.
• Handle customer's inquiry, request and complaints in a professional manner and efficient way.
• Proactive in problem solving and following up and close all incidents, issues and requests timely.

Frontend Maintenance Works

• To support Corrective Maintenance for Frontend subsystems (including Speed Cameras).
• Provide technical services like maintaining and troubleshooting of frontend Traffic Management Systems.
• Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high level of service and response time.
• Follow preventive maintenance workschedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records.
• Preparation of monthly reports & presentation for brief submission to Client.
• Participate in technical discussion and provide technical assistance to the Sales & Maintenance Team in preparation for Technical Proposal, Write-up, Design, and System Architecture Drawing for Tenders.
• Scheduling of meeting and maintenance dates.
• Preparation of documentation e.g. write-up/minutes/fault reports/fault analysis.
• Following up with clearance-related issues.
• Assist Team Lead in consolidation of monthly claims submission.
• Assist to conduct Site surveys.
• Preparation of Quotations for submission to client.
• Ensure Safety Toolbox briefings are conducted and well-documented.
• Ensure daily communication and operations coordination within the team.
• Committed to attend to any operational and maintenance issues.

Miscellaneous

• To always follow all company business operation and SOP.
• Participate actively in Health, Safety and Environmental programs and activities to achieve company's KPIs, ISO 14001 objective and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly.
• Always maintain high standard of housekeeping.
• Any other operational and maintenance duties as assigned by Supervisor.
