Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an experienced Recognition & Engagement Lead to design and implement an enterprise recognition framework that reinforces performance, values and behaviours. You will elevate flagship programs and lead end-to-end execution of large-scale events to strengthen culture and pride.

Qualifications

• Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of events planning and management experience.
• Experience in planning and managing large-scale events.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise recognition framework reinforcing performance, values and behaviours.
• Elevate flagship programs such as annual awards and enterprise recognition platforms.
• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale signature events to strengthen culture and employee pride.
• Develop innovative engagement initiatives leveraging digital and physical experiences.
• Drive engagement action plans aligned to organisational priorities and EVP.
• Design and deliver enterprise wellbeing and staff welfare initiatives reinforcing care and belonging.
• Integrate wellbeing into broader engagement and culture strategies.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace aligned to organisational values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
