Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an experienced events professional to lead enterprise recognition initiatives and large-scale signature events in Singapore. The role focuses on elevating flagship programs and strengthening culture and employee pride through engaging experiences.

You will develop wellness initiatives, integrate well-being into engagement strategies, and promote a safe, inclusive workplace aligned with the company values. Prior experience with large events is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of events planning and management experience.
• Excellent project management, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recognition & Engagement: design and implement an enterprise recognition framework.
• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale signature events (Annual Celebrations, Awards Ceremonies).
• Develop innovative engagement initiatives leveraging digital and physical experiences.
• Drive engagement plans aligned to organisational priorities and EVP.
• Design and deliver enterprise well-being and staff welfare initiatives.
