Job summary

Singapore Business Federation is seeking an EWTP Programme Office Manager (Engagement) to coordinate advisory activities, track performance and manage outreach across the EWTP programme, in support of Workforce Singapore. The role focuses on engagement with enterprises, alignment of interventions, and ensuring adherence to funding requirements.

You will work with EWT advisors, manage CRM and knowledge platforms, and help translate advisory into actionable capability-building for partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Public Policy or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, business development, or programme management within the enterprise, workforce development, or public sector.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, cultivate enterprise relationships and support programme expansion.
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing engagement platforms, databases and knowledge management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to EWT advisors, including managing inquiries, coordinating training and briefings.
• Track engagement and advisory performance, monitor CRM updates, and provide weekly overviews to the Director.
• Coordinate outreach activities, capability workshops and engagement initiatives for participating companies.
• Assist in sequencing advisory interventions with WDD levers to create a coherent firm-level solution journey.
• Support governance, compliance, and reporting, including data integrity and audits.
