Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs; certifications preferred.
• Proven ability to run engagements independently and drive practical solutions.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing partner relationships.

• Drive multi-workstream enterprise software implementations from start to finish.
• Own end-to-end project health including scope, risk, resources, and financials.
• Partner with Sales, customer leadership and implementation teams to map technology to business outcomes.
• Serve as the primary accountability for technical solutions, change management and key decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks and mentor staff to elevate performance.

Job description

Client: Multinational Technology Company

Contract Duration: 6-month

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, multi-workstream enterprise software implementations from start to finish, steering delivery teams—including external service partners—toward on-time, within-budget deployment using industry best-practice methodologies.
• Own end-to-end project health, including scope control, risk mitigation, resource scheduling, financial tracking, and executive status reporting.
• Partner closely with Sales, customer leadership, and implementation teams to map technology capabilities directly to business outcomes and expected ROI.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability, aligning client and internal stakeholders on technical solutions, change management, and key project decisions.
• Identify project bottlenecks early, execute corrective actions, and mentor partner and internal delivery staff to elevate performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of progressive professional services or enterprise delivery experience handling complex, high-stakes client environments.
• Hands-on experience delivering large-scale, multi-module digital transformation programs; relevant industry or vendor platform certifications are strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to run engagements independently, analyze intricate technical/operational issues, and drive practical solutions.
• High-level collaboration skills with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams and managing partner relationships smoothly.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% as project milestones require.
