Job summary

Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS) Ltd invites a Senior Executive / Manager, Engagement & Experience (Community Outreach & Activations) to lead community engagement, coordinate ground activations and manage producer and retailer communications to strengthen participation in the BCRS and improve the overall return experience.

You will work with community organisations, retailers, return point operators and internal teams to deliver outreach initiatives and address operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management or related discipline.
• Preferably 2-5 years' experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, events, communications or operations coordination.
• Good organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engagement with retailers and community partners.
• Willing to work weekends and outside office hours for events and urgent matters.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute community outreach programmes, roadshows and ground activations.
• Identify engagement opportunities with community organisations, schools, retailers and partners.
• Coordinate activation logistics including venues, manpower, equipment and vendors.
• Develop interactive activities and educational materials for diverse audiences.
• Oversee on-site execution to ensure smooth operations and positive participant experience.
• Gather feedback and track outcomes to improve future activations.
• Maintain retailer communications including advisories and updates.
• Support quick response on-site for operational issues at return points.
