Job summary

BCRS Ltd seeks an Executive/Manager, Engagement & Experience to plan and execute communications for producers, retailers, F&B operators and trade partners involved in the Beverage Container Return Scheme. You will translate regulatory and operational requirements into clear, timely communications and support stakeholders on what to do and where to get help.

You will maintain a calendar of milestones, ensure consistent messaging, manage stakeholder engagement, and develop B2B communications

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 3-6 years' experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, public affairs or B2B marketing.
• Strong writing abilities with a willingness to learn and interest in sustainability.
• Good project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in sustainability, supply chain, retail, government programmes or regulated sectors would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications for producers, retailers, F&B operators and industry partners.
• Translate Scheme requirements and updates into clear, practical communications.
• Maintain a communications calendar around milestones, deadlines, reminders and changes.
• Ensure consistent messaging across stakeholder touchpoints.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and develop B2B communications channels.
