Job summary

Health Promotion Board in Singapore is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to spearhead community activation and drive sustainable behavioural change within the Health Living Environment (HLE) framework. You will collaborate with healthcare clusters and community partners to translate data into action, lead cross‑agency initiatives and guide grassroot leaders in implementing playbooks and dashboards.

Qualifications

• An ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a passion for community health promotion transformation and systems thinking.
• Experience in community engagement, partnership management, or public health programme implementation, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Trained in project or account management is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operationalise an innovative approach to community health that reaches the unreached and transforms neighbourhoods into health‑promoting ecosystems.
• Coordinate regional rollout and ensure consistency with national direction while allowing regional adaptations.
• Build partnerships with grassroot advisors, clusters and community partners to co‑create neighbourhood activities and strengthen community ownership.
• Deliver targeted outreach and activation using data insights, dashboards, and local context.
• Monitor progress, collate feedback from residents and stakeholders, and support continuous programme improvement.
