Job summary

Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF) is seeking a Beneficiary Engagement Executive to coordinate programmes, engage beneficiaries and partners, and manage logistics and follow‑up. You will maintain records, translate feedback into improvements, and ensure compassionate, privacy‑minded handling of information.

You will work across healthcare institutions and community partners, supporting campaigns and cross‑team projects while keeping plans updated and clear for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programmes and beneficiary engagement.
• Ability to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong written and spoken communication; prepares clear records and reports.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and programme information.
• Willingness to learn and use digital tools responsibly.
• Sound judgement handling confidential information.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate beneficiary programmes, survivorship activities and community well‑being initiatives.
• Manage logistics, registrations, schedules, communications, vendors and follow‑up.
• Gather beneficiary feedback and highlight opportunities to improve programmes.
• Provide beneficiaries with clear information on BCF programmes and services.
• Collaborate with healthcare institutions, community partners and volunteers.
• Support dashboards, trackers and reports to monitor performance and needs.
