Job summary

Zohorecruit is recruiting an Asst Director / Director to lead Energy Sustainability in Singapore. This role focuses on building capabilities in the Energy Market, developing new HVAC solutions, and guiding product offerings to strengthen market position.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of HVAC experience, proven senior client engagement skills, and the ability to manage operations and budgets for a high-impact sustainability team in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 10–15 years of HVAC experience.
• Experience presenting to senior customers in technical contexts.
• Strong HVAC operational experience.
• Ability to handle challenging operational situations.
• EEOA and Green Mark certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department to build Solutions and capabilities in Energy Market for the region.
• Explore and develop new energy solutions and products to boost growth.
• Research and develop new HVAC-related products and offerings.
• Provide technical analyses and explain proposed solutions to clients.
• Support sales and BD with energy-focused value propositions.
• Set templates and processes to improve efficiency.
• Develop cadence, standards, and discipline for the sustainability team.
• Engage with sales to sharpen market speed and effectiveness.
• Budget and expense management for the department.
• Train technical professionals across the department.
• Enrich and enhance personal knowledge in Energy Market domains.
