Job summary

Bargest Building Performance PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Sustainability Manager in Singapore to ensure reliable energy management solutions and high customer satisfaction. You will oversee service operations, maintain engineering standards, and drive maintenance excellence while partnering with internal teams and clients.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel for fieldwork to support service delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Certification in Refrigeration, Air-conditioning, or Energy Management is advantageous.
• Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in energy management with field exposure to HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations to ensure energy savings and contract compliance.
• Provide technical support and coordinate issue resolution across teams.
• Approve critical repair and maintenance works per engineering standards.
• Conduct site visits and develop resolution plans for issues.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to improve performance tracking and reporting.
• Lead emergency response and recovery planning to ensure business continuity.
• Plan and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Guide maintenance standards and resource planning; enforce health and safety.
