Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in project coordination or HVAC/related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project timelines.
• Coordinate and liaise with logistics providers, suppliers, contractors and clients.
• Monthly reporting to Project Manager on project progress.
• Troubleshooting and resolving HVAC issues within projects.
• Develop project balance summary and control balance.
• Arrange for billing of projects.
• Document submissions.
• Arrange manpower from manpower suppliers.
