Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an HVAC engineer in Singapore with 7–10+ years of experience to lead commissioning and optimize chiller plants and ACMV systems. You will work closely with clients, project teams and contractors to ensure performance and efficiency targets are met.

Responsibilities include on-site measurements, performance analysis, design review, and providing actionable solutions. This role is based in Singapore and demands strong technical communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Engineering degree with 7-10+ years in HVAC.
Experience presenting to senior customers and stakeholders.
Strong operational experience in HVAC systems.
Ability to handle difficult operational situations.
EEOA and Green Mark certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead commissioning and tuning of chiller plants, AHUs and ACMV systems to meet targets.
Perform detailed plant and performance analysis, identify root causes and plan corrective actions.
Provide rapid field solutions during enhancements and optimisations.
Conduct on-site measurements using water-side and air-side instrumentation and thermodynamics tools.
Review HVAC design documents to identify performance or constructability issues and propose improvements.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and clients; contribute technical insights during proposals and evaluations.
