Job summary

Singapore Energy Interconnections Pte Ltd seeks a Commercial Associate to lead financial modelling and commercial development for infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will engage regulators, TSOs, and partners to drive strategy and ensure governance compliance.

The role involves building and refining financial models for electricity import/transmission, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting negotiations and risk management. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience focused on financial modelling and analysis.
• Experience in banking, M&A, project finance or IPP preferred.
• Energy infrastructure or renewable energy sector experience valued.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to grow in a new industry.

Responsibilities

• Build, revise and manage complex financial models for electricity import and transmission projects and infrastructure.
• Support project development workstreams, such as managing multiple stakeholders.
• Support the commercial negotiations of transaction documents.
• Coordinate with affiliated entities on cost-benefit analyses.
