Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking an Assistant Legal Manager (Energy / Infra) to support commercial, investment and project activities across Southeast Asia from its Singapore base. The role emphasizes drafting and negotiating agreements, handling due diligence, and ensuring regulatory compliance for the energy and infrastructure portfolio.

You will advise internal stakeholders on corporate and commercial matters, coordinate with external counsel and regional offices, and monitor cross-border activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification (practising certificate not required).
• 2–3 years of relevant in‑house or commercial legal experience.
• Hands‑on experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial documents (NDAs, service agreements, MOUs, engagement letters, tender documentation).
• Support legal documentation for investments, projects and business development initiatives.
• Advise internal stakeholders on corporate and commercial matters, including Singapore’s Companies Act requirements.
• Identify potential legal exposure and recommend practical, business‑focused solutions.
• Coordinate with external counsel, regional offices and related entities on cross‑border legal matters.
• Monitor business activities for compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal requirements.
