Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Singapore seeks an Analyst / Associate to join the Energy & Infrastructure team within JLL Capital Markets. You will lead financial modelling and valuation across M&A, project finance, and capital raising mandates, and support sell-side, buy-side and capital raise transactions for renewables, storage and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in M&A advisory or project finance.
• Direct exposure to the power & utilities or renewables sector.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical / critical thinking skills.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working under pressure across multiple live mandates.
• Interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance research, analytical, and modelling workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling and valuation across M&A, project financing, and capital raising mandates.
• Support sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise transaction execution in renewables, storage, and infrastructure.
• Conduct sector and market research on policy, technology, and competitive developments.
• Prepare client deliverables and pitch materials.
• Apply AI-augmented tools to modelling and research workflows.
