BP plc in Singapore is seeking a Structurer to partner with traders and originators to design commercial structures for energy assets. You will develop valuation and hedging models and quantify embedded risks, communicating insights to the front office and risk teams.

The role requires a numerate degree and experience in oil, gas or commodity markets in APAC, with strong analytical and modelling skills. Hybrid office/remote work in Singapore is offered.

Competenze

• Degree in a numerate subject (maths/economics/physics/engineering or similar).
• Experience in quantitative/structuring/commercial roles in oil and gas markets, Asia Pacific.
• Exposure to deal structuring on financial products or long-term structured transactions.
• Cashflow modelling and asset valuation experience on commodities.

• Design and improve physical and financial products valuation models and techniques.
• Calibrate models and evaluate deals; explain results to traders and analysts.
• Identify and quantify embedded optionality, risks and value drivers.
• Develop approaches to assess non-standard risks in transactions.
