Boston Scientific Singapore is seeking a Field Sales Manager, Endoscopy to drive sales performance, market development, and team capability across our Endoscopy portfolio. You will align with divisional goals, maintain product expertise, and nurture strong customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, plan strategic initiatives, and coach colleagues to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required in business or scientific field.
• 10+ years sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• At least 3 years in a people-management role, healthcare preferred.
• Strong business acumen and strategic sales planning.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to engage customers in diverse settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong clinical aptitude to support cases in operating rooms.

Responsabilités

• Act as a professional technical and selling expert in endoscopy products.
• Visit customers regularly to promote products and achieve sales targets.
• Manage existing and acquire new customers in assigned territory.
• Plan and develop market for products in line with divisional goals.
• Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers in operating rooms.
• Serve as prime contact for hospital management and purchasing teams.
• Attend meetings and exhibitions to promote products.
• Analyze market feedback and report to manager monthly and yearly.
• Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
• Lead project teams and provide technical leadership to BU heads.
• Coach team members through training and feedback.
