Job summary

Boston Scientific Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Field Sales Manager, Endoscopy to drive sales performance, develop the market, and build team capability across the Endoscopy portfolio. You will align with divisional goals, maintain product expertise, and strengthen hospital partnerships to achieve revenue targets.

The role reports to the Business Unit Manager and includes people management, coaching, and leading cross-functional projects to improve processes and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business/scientific specialization.
• 10+ years of sales experience in medical device/healthcare.
• Minimum 3 years as People Manager in healthcare.
• Strategic sales planning with knowledge of market dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong ability to engage customers in various settings including tradeshows/conferences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong clinical aptitude to attend cases in operating rooms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets in Singapore Endoscopy.
• Visit customers regularly to promote products and services.
• Manage existing customers and acquire new ones in the territory.
• Plan and develop market for products aligned with divisional goals.
• Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers in operating rooms.
• Prime contact for hospital management, purchasing, and staff on technical matters.
• Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions to promote products and services.
• Analyze market feedback and report monthly and yearly to management.
• Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
• Lead project teams and provide technical leadership to Business Unit Heads.
• Coach team members and share best practices.
