Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide onsite Level 2 EUC and desktop support, resolving issues across Windows OS, M365, Intune, and Entra ID.

You will install and maintain end-user devices, manage assets, handle incidents within SLA, and document procedures, working closely with users in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in EUC L2, desktop support or service desk.
• Hands-on Windows OS, M365, Intune, Entra ID experience.
• Knowledge of asset management and ITIL/CompTIA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Level 2 EUC and desktop support
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, printers, and peripherals
• Support Intune, Entra ID, meeting rooms, collaboration tools, and Deep Freeze
• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices
• Handle incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLA
• Support user onboarding, device setup, and software installation
• Manage IT assets, inventory, tracking, and handover
• Maintain technical documentation and support records

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in EUC L2, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or IT Infrastructure Support
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office / M365, Intune, and Entra ID
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technologies
• Knowledge of asset management
• Microsoft, ITIL, or CompTIA certification is advantageous
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
