Job summary

Bank of China Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide end-user computing support, administer VDI environments, and enforce security controls. The role includes ticket management, incident resolution, and collaboration with vendors to ensure service levels.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT operations, strong English and Chinese communication skills, and familiarity with Windows, AD, SCCM, and ITIL practices. Banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or related discipline.
• Work Experience: 3–5 years in IT operations, end-user computing or technical support, banking/financial services experience required.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Chinese for cross-location IT ops coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional end-user IT support across channels (email, phone, chat, onsite).
• Manage IT service requests and incidents via ITSM platform with ticket lifecycle and SLA adherence.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user hardware/software including Windows OS and devices.
• Monitor and administer the VDI environment, including image/version management and performance optimisation.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls per security policies and standards.
