Job summary

ASUS Singapore is seeking a results-driven professional to oversee end-to-end frontend repair operations and Authorized Service Provider management. You will drive efficiency, service quality and KPI performance across the repair network, ensuring all activities comply with ASUS policies and SOPs.

Reporting to the Country Service Manager, you will manage the repair journey from customer send-in to return, monitor weekly KPIs, prepare reports, collaborate with ASPs and RCs, and lead process

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Operations or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in repair operations, service operations, technical support or after-sales service.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Authorized Service Providers, Repair Centers or external service vendors.
• Strong experience in data analysis, KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end repair operations across the repair network.
• Drive service performance by monitoring weekly KPIs and identifying gaps.
• Prepare weekly KPI reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with ASPS and Repair Centers to review performance and standards.
• Lead investigations and resolutions of escalations with internal/external partners.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve repair processes, turnaround time and quality.
