Job summary

Carrier Singapore is seeking a detailed and proactive Customer Order Fulfillment Coordinator to manage end-to-end orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with Operations, Planning and Warehouse to meet timelines and customer requirements.

You will handle requests and queries, resolve shipping issues, prepare shipping documentation, and work with Sales to achieve monthly targets, using ERP, e-commerce platforms, and Excel/Power BI to track orders and performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of customer-facing experience in manufacturing aftermarket, logistics, or ERP/eCommerce implementation.
• Proficiency with Incoterms and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process internal and external customer orders accurately, coordinating with Operations, Planning and Warehouse to meet timelines.
• Respond to customer requests and queries to minimise gaps in service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal logistics providers and freight forwarders to arrange shipments and follow-up on vessel schedules.
• Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation and support ad-hoc programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet monthly sales targets and ensure seamless account coverage.
