Keydence Systems Pte Ltd seeks a Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end purchasing for ELV and electrical projects. You will source, negotiate, issue POs, and track deliveries, ensuring alignment with project specs and timelines.

The role requires reading datasheets, interpreting BQs, cross-functional coordination with project, sales, and finance teams, and experience in supplier management and import logistics. Singapore-based position with fast turnaround projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement for ELV/electrical projects.
• 3-5 years procurement in construction/M&E/ELV/Electrical installations.
• Familiar with sourcing from China and coordinating import logistics.
• Skilled in reading datasheets and interpreting BQs (Bill of Quantities).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with project teams to consolidate purchase requests and plan material delivery timelines.
• Read and interpret datasheets, cut sheets, and technical specs to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Analyze BQ to identify material specs and quantities for each project.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and ensure completeness before approval.
• Source from local and China suppliers for ELV & electrical materials and tools.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times.
• Issue POs/DOs and coordinate shipments to site/warehouse on time.
• Resolve delays, logistics issues, and warranty claims with suppliers.
• Maintain procurement documentation including PO, DO, quotes, datasheets, invoices.
