Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Leader to oversee ELV projects on site, ensuring delivery within time and budget while maintaining quality.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, plan scopes and schedules, manage risks, and report progress. The role requires strong communication and hands-on leadership across multiple small to medium projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering with 5+ years in ELV projects.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and MS Project.
• Strong client, consultant and subcontractor interaction skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project execution, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate communication with clients through all project phases.
• Delegate tasks and manage workflow of subcontractors and team members.
• Define project scope, budget and schedule.
• Plan and oversee work schedules for multiple small to medium projects.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions.
• Maintain compliance with codes, QA and performance standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage cost control and track financial commitments.
• Collaborate with sales during tender bidding processes.
• Schedule procurement and delivery of project materials.
• Generate reports and maintain project documentation.
• Provide training to clients and oversee maintenance visit schedules.
• Facilitate project handover to clients and service teams.
