Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. in Singapore seeks an on-site Project Leader for ELV projects to plan, execute and complete assigned initiatives. You will delegate tasks, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery across project phases.

The role requires coordinating scope, budget, and schedule while managing risks and ensuring compliance with standards. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and liaise with Sales for tender activities, while upholding quality and safety

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in ELV project.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Project.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
• Willing to work odd hours as required to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.
• Coordinate communication with customers and stakeholders during all phases.
• Oversee subcontractors and on-site activities to ensure quality and timelines.
• Monitor project health, risks and variations and report to management.
• Ensure compliance with codes, QA/QC policies and specifications.
• Train and hand over completed projects to service teams.
